Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive based in Laredo, TX. This unique live-in position includes all meals and board, offering an unparalleled opportunity for a dedicated individual to become an integral part of a professional household. The ideal candidate will manage a variety of personal and professional tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of daily life and providing crucial administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executive's personal and professional calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
- Handle household management tasks, including vendor coordination, grocery shopping, and inventory management.
- Run personal errands and procure items as requested.
- Organize and maintain personal files, records, and correspondence with utmost confidentiality.
- Assist with event planning and coordination for personal gatherings or small professional events.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening calls and managing emails.
- Ensure a high level of discretion, professionalism, and reliability at all times.
Required Skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role.
- Familiarity with travel planning software or systems.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, given the location.
- Experience in household management or private service roles.
