Job Description

As a rider, you’ll be responsible for picking up food orders from local restaurants and delivering them to customers’ homes or offices. Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently deliver food orders from restaurants to customers' specified locations.
- Navigate the city using a smartphone app to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain excellent customer service during all interactions.
- Adhere to all road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Keep your scooter or bike in good working condition.
- Handle food with care, ensuring it arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
Required Skills
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess your own scooter or bicycle (with necessary safety equipment).
- Have a valid driving licence and insurance (for scooters).
- Own a smartphone with data plan.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role is a plus.
- Familiarity with the Birmingham area and its road networks.
