Job Description
Are you a tech-savvy 15-year-old with a keen eye for detail and a passion for navigating the web? Garmin International is seeking bright and articulate teenagers to join our user feedback program as Online Website Testers. This is a unique opportunity to directly influence the design and usability of our websites and digital tools. You will be responsible for testing various online interfaces, identifying bugs, and providing honest, constructive feedback from a teen’s perspective. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexible hours that fit around your school schedule and other commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Navigate and interact with assigned websites and digital platforms according to provided instructions.
- Identify and document any bugs, glitches, or usability issues encountered during testing.
- Provide clear, concise, and honest written feedback on your user experience, including suggestions for improvement.
- Complete testing tasks within specified deadlines.
- Participate in occasional online surveys or short interviews to elaborate on feedback.
- Maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and test materials.
Required Skills
- Must be 15 years old at the time of application.
- Proficient computer and internet navigation skills.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Reliable access to a computer/tablet with a stable internet connection.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently.
- Curiosity and a genuine interest in how websites and apps work.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience using various websites, apps, or online gaming platforms.
- Familiarity with giving feedback on digital products (e.g., app reviews, game forums).
- A creative mindset and an eagerness to share innovative ideas.
