Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line support to clients regarding Google Analytics functionality, data interpretation, and common issues.
- Assist with the implementation and configuration of Google Analytics properties and views.
- Troubleshoot tracking issues, data discrepancies, and reporting errors within Google Analytics.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior analysts or technical teams when necessary.
- Develop and maintain documentation for common support queries and solutions.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
- Contribute to client success by ensuring their analytics platforms are performing optimally.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes and client experience.
