Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Coordinator with a strong focus on logistics and scheduling to join our dynamic team in San Jose, CA. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activity bookings.

- Maintain accurate records of tour bookings, payments, and client information.

- Prepare and distribute comprehensive tour documentation, including manifests, vouchers, and participant information packets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to travelers before, during, and after their tours.
