Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Google Account Liaison to join our dynamic team. This is a purely professional written role, focused on managing communications, documentation, and reporting related to our clients’ Google advertising accounts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional written communication skills, a strong understanding of Google Ads platforms (or a keen ability to learn quickly), and a commitment to precision and client satisfaction. This role is 100% remote and offers the flexibility to work from your home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary written point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding Google account performance and updates.
- Prepare detailed performance reports, analysis, and recommendations for Google Ads campaigns, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Draft professional correspondence, emails, and internal communications related to account management, strategy adjustments, and client queries.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of account activities, campaign changes, and client feedback within our CRM and project management systems.
- Collaborate closely with PPC Specialists, Strategists, and Account Managers to translate technical insights into client-friendly written summaries.
- Ensure all written communication adheres to brand guidelines, professional standards, and client-specific requirements.
- Proactively identify opportunities for written content improvement and standardization across all client communications.
Required Skills
- Exceptional written communication and proofreading skills in English.
- Proven ability to produce clear, concise, and professional documentation and reports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, particularly PPC and Google Ads.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or communication-intensive role within digital marketing.
- Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Measurement).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
- Understanding of SEO principles and how they interact with PPC campaigns.
