Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Influencer Relations Manager with a strong focus on creative talent to join our remote team. This role is crucial for identifying, engaging, and fostering relationships with top-tier creative talent and influencers across various platforms to support Google’s brand objectives and product initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to collaborate with content creators, ensuring authentic and impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, vet, and onboard top-tier creative talent and influencers relevant to Google's brand and product categories.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with creators, their agents, and managers.
- Collaborate with internal marketing, product, and communications teams to align influencer strategies with overall business goals.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and brand guidelines.
- Oversee the execution of influencer campaigns from concept to post-analysis, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
- Monitor influencer trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices to inform future strategies.
- Provide creators with resources, guidance, and support to optimize their content and engagement.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, or PR, specifically working with creative professionals.
- Deep understanding of the digital creator landscape, including platforms, trends, and content types.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management abilities with a track record of executing complex campaigns.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote environment.
- Demonstrated creativity in developing engaging influencer strategies.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Established network of contacts within the creative talent and influencer industry.
