Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Software Engineering Manager to lead our high-performing engineering teams in White Plains, NY. Key Responsibilities

Required Skills
- 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or Go.
- Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architecture.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate engineering teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
