Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Lead Chauffeur with strong team management skills to join our elite service in New Port Richey, Florida. This pivotal role involves not only providing world-class chauffeuring services to our discerning clients but also leading and mentoring a small team of chauffeurs. Key Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level chauffeur services, ensuring safe, comfortable, and timely transportation for clients.
- Manage and supervise a team of chauffeurs, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and coaching.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and special requests, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Oversee the meticulous maintenance and cleanliness of assigned luxury vehicles, coordinating with service providers as needed.
- Conduct regular briefings and training sessions for the chauffeur team on service standards, routes, and client protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and service logs.
- Assist with route planning and optimization to enhance efficiency and client experience.
- Resolve operational issues and client concerns professionally and effectively.
- Represent Blacklane with the utmost professionalism and discretion at all times.
Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of professional chauffeur experience, preferably in a luxury or executive transport setting.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional driving record with no major infractions.
- Strong knowledge of local geography, traffic patterns, and alternative routes in the New Port Richey and wider Florida region.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Impeccable personal presentation and demeanor.
- Proficiency in using GPS navigation and smartphone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced defensive driving or chauffeur certifications.
- Experience with a diverse range of luxury vehicles.
