Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload packages and freight from trucks and containers, both manually and using equipment.
- Sort and scan incoming and outgoing shipments accurately.
- Organize and stack packages in designated areas according to established procedures.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall logistics operations.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs regularly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail for accurate sorting and scanning.
- Basic communication skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physical labor role.
- Familiarity with scanning technology or inventory systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
