Job Description
Are you ready for an unforgettable summer? We are seeking enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our team as Holiday Resort All-Rounders. This summer job is perfect for those who love variety, thrive in a social setting, and are eager to contribute to creating joyful holiday experiences for our guests. You’ll work across various departments, from guest services to food & beverage, ensuring every aspect of our resort runs smoothly and our guests have a fantastic time. Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with check-ins, check-outs, and general inquiries, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
- Support the food and beverage team with serving, cleaning, and setting up dining areas.
- Help with the organization and supervision of resort activities and events.
- Perform light cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the resort premises are tidy and presentable.
- Collaborate effectively with team members across different departments to maintain high service standards.
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Required Skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of tasks.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Basic proficiency in English or French (bilingualism is an asset).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a similar field (e.g., camp counselor, retail).
- Certification in First Aid and CPR.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
- Experience working in a team-oriented setting.
