Job Description
We are seeking meticulous and dedicated Remote Standardized Test Scorers to join our seasonal team. This is a work-from-home, contract position crucial for the accurate and timely evaluation of standardized tests. You will be responsible for applying specific scoring rubrics to student responses across various subject areas, ensuring fairness and consistency in assessment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong attention to detail, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to maintain focus in a remote work environment. This role is seasonal, with peak periods often occurring in spring and summer, offering flexible scheduling within project deadlines. A Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Apply established scoring rubrics accurately and consistently to a high volume of student responses.
- Maintain strict adherence to scoring guidelines and project deadlines.
- Participate in mandatory online training and calibration sessions.
- Utilize online scoring systems and tools effectively.
- Communicate any scoring discrepancies or system issues to team leads promptly.
- Ensure the confidentiality and security of all test materials and student information.
- Meet or exceed daily production and accuracy quotas.
