Job Description
Are you passionate about health, wellness, and creating exceptional client experiences? KX Pilates Geelong Waterfront is seeking a vibrant and dedicated Pilates Studio Host to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the welcoming face of our studio, ensuring every client’s journey is smooth, enjoyable, and inspiring from the moment they walk through our doors. Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage client bookings, inquiries, and check-ins efficiently using our studio software.
- Provide comprehensive information about KX Pilates classes, membership options, and promotions.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the studio, ensuring a premium environment.
- Assist with retail sales of studio merchandise and health products.
- Handle administrative tasks, including answering phones, emails, and managing client accounts.
- Support instructors with studio setup and breakdown as needed.
- Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the KX Pilates lifestyle and community values.
Required Skills
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and willingness to learn studio-specific software.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, hospitality, or fitness reception role (minimum 1 year).
- Familiarity with Pilates or a strong interest in health and wellness.
- Experience with booking systems or CRM software.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
