Job Description
Are you passionate about helping others and eager to kickstart your career in customer experience? AT&T is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Experience Evaluator to join our growing team. This entry-level position offers comprehensive paid training, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to analyze customer interactions, identify areas for improvement, and contribute directly to enhancing our service quality. You will play a crucial role in understanding our customers’ journeys and ensuring we consistently exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all paid training sessions to develop a strong understanding of AT&T products, services, and customer service protocols.
- Listen to and evaluate recorded customer service calls or review chat transcripts against established quality standards and guidelines.
- Accurately document findings, identify trends, and provide constructive feedback on customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to discuss evaluation results and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding customer data and privacy.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to share insights and support training and development programs.
- Contribute to creating a positive and customer-centric work environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent listening and observational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service, retail, or hospitality role (even informal or part-time).
