Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a Trainee Recruitment Resourcer to join our dynamic team in Stockton, CA. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with no prior experience in recruitment who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent, working closely with experienced recruiters, and contributing directly to the success of our clients and candidates. This role offers uncapped commission potential, providing a significant upside for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and identify potential candidates using various channels, including online databases, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct initial screenings of candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and suitability for open positions.
- Maintain and update candidate records within our applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist senior recruiters with scheduling interviews and managing candidate communication.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Build and nurture relationships with candidates to understand their career goals and aspirations.
- Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
