Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented WFH Shopify Assistant to join our growing e-commerce team. This fully remote position is perfect for someone passionate about online retail and eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our Shopify store. You will play a crucial role in managing product listings, order fulfillment support, customer service inquiries, and ensuring an exceptional online shopping experience. An equipment allowance will be provided to ensure you have the necessary tools for success in your home office setup.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with product uploads, updates, and inventory management on the Shopify platform.
- Ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate and compelling.
- Monitor and process online orders, coordinating with logistics for timely fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email or chat, providing excellent service and resolving issues.
- Assist in the creation and scheduling of promotional content and campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and report on key metrics.
- Perform routine website audits to ensure optimal functionality and user experience.
- Support the marketing team with e-commerce related tasks as needed.
Required Skills
- Proficiency with the Shopify platform.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce operations and best practices.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail).
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in an e-commerce or administrative support role.
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments.
- Understanding of SEO principles for product optimization.
