Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks, accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and follow all bank procedures regarding cash handling.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist customers with account maintenance and digital banking services.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance customer experience.

Required Skills
