Key Responsibilities
- Safely and punctually transport clients to their destinations in accordance with scheduled itineraries.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, courtesy, and discretion with all passengers.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper operation.
- Assist passengers with luggage and ensure their comfort throughout the journey.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain a clean and polished appearance and ensure the vehicle is immaculate at all times.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding trip status, delays, or unforeseen issues.
- Handle client requests and unforeseen situations with grace and professionalism.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions within the last 3-5 years).
- Excellent knowledge of the Kansas City metropolitan area, including Overland Park and surrounding regions.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to operate luxury vehicles safely and smoothly.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Discretion and respect for client privacy.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a limousine driver, chauffeur, or professional driver.
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement (P) or willingness to obtain one.
- Experience with GPS navigation systems and local traffic patterns.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
