Join the Quick Service Team at Greggs and become a vital part of delivering delicious food and exceptional service to our valued customers across the UK. While this particular opening focuses on our bustling Manchester locations, we are actively recruiting talented individuals across all major UK cities. This role is perfect for energetic, friendly individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy making someone’s day a little bit tastier. You’ll be involved in all aspects of shop operations, from serving customers with a smile to preparing food and maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers efficiently and politely, handling transactions accurately.
- Prepare food and beverages, ensuring adherence to recipes and food safety standards.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the shop.
- Replenish stock and ensure product displays are appealing and well-stocked.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Work as part of a team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Operate till systems and manage cash responsibly.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
