Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior Medical Estheticians and Dermatologists during various cosmetic procedures and consultations.
- Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize equipment according to strict health and safety protocols.
- Perform basic skincare treatments under direct supervision, such as facials, extractions, and light peels.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, skincare routines, and product recommendations.
- Maintain detailed client records and ensure all documentation is accurate and confidential.
- Manage inventory of products and supplies, ensuring the clinic is always well-stocked.
- Provide exceptional customer service, scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and workshops to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities
- A genuine passion for skincare and medical aesthetics
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Basic computer proficiency for record-keeping and scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
- Enrollment in or recent completion of an accredited Esthetics or Cosmetology program
- Prior customer service experience, ideally in a spa or clinic setting
- Knowledge of various skincare products and ingredients
- Understanding of basic anatomy and physiology related to skin
