Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity to earn extra income on weekends? ServiceMaster Clean by Prestige is seeking a motivated and reliable Weekend Carpet Cleaning Aide to join our growing team in Pearland, TX. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are eager to learn, as comprehensive training will be provided. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our clients’ commercial and residential properties, primarily focusing on carpet care.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate carpet cleaning equipment, including extractors, buffers, and vacuums, after receiving proper training.
- Perform pre-treatment, spot removal, and deep cleaning of carpets according to company standards and client specifications.
- Move furniture and other items as needed to access carpeted areas, ensuring proper placement afterward.
- Handle cleaning solutions and chemicals safely and efficiently, following all safety guidelines.
- Inspect work upon completion to ensure the highest quality standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper function of all equipment and tools.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and clients regarding job progress or any issues.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Required Skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliability and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
- Ability to lift and move equipment and furniture (up to 50 lbs).
