Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mobile Beauty Aide to join our expanding team in Geelong. This unique role offers the flexibility of mobile service delivery, bringing Essential Beauty’s premium treatments directly to our clients’ homes or preferred locations. You will be responsible for providing a range of beauty services, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism, and ensuring a comfortable and relaxing experience for every client. Key Responsibilities
- Travel to client locations within the Geelong region to perform beauty treatments.
- Provide a full range of beauty services including waxing, tinting, brow shaping, and basic facials.
- Set up and pack down mobile treatment stations efficiently and hygienically.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sterilisation for all equipment and tools.
- Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
- Manage appointment schedules and client records accurately.
- Handle payments and process transactions.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Continuously update knowledge on industry trends and techniques.
Required Skills
- Minimum Cert III in Beauty Services or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in waxing, tinting, and brow artistry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a mobile schedule.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Commitment to hygiene and safety protocols.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma of Beauty Therapy.
- Experience with a range of advanced facial treatments or lash extensions.
- A strong existing client base or proven ability to attract and retain clients.
- Proficiency with booking and POS software.
