Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Online Sales Support Specialist to join our thriving team. This role is crucial for managing inbound leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales for our digital products and services. You will be instrumental in guiding potential customers through their journey, understanding their needs, and effectively demonstrating how our solutions can benefit them. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify a high volume of inbound sales leads from various online channels.
- Proactively engage with prospects via email, chat, and phone to understand their business needs and challenges.
- Present and demonstrate the value of American Express products and services tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and sales activities within our CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to optimize lead generation and sales processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales cycle, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments to effectively position our offerings.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an online sales, customer support, or lead generation role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
