Job Description

Union Square Hospitality Group is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Bar and Waiting Staff to join our dynamic team in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating and menu inquiries.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
- Process payments and handle cash/card transactions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and bar stations.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down dining areas before and after service.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service and anticipate guest needs.
- Learn and effectively communicate menu items, daily specials, and drink offerings.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude.
- Quick learner with a desire to develop hospitality skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience (any industry).
- Basic knowledge of POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
