Job Description
Are you a highly motivated individual eager to kickstart your career in the technology sector? Capgemini is seeking a Google Ecosystem Project Aide to join our dynamic team in Dundee. This entry-level, part-time position (10-20 hours per week) is perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience working within the vast Google ecosystem. You will play a supportive role in various projects, assisting with data management, content organization, and basic operational tasks, all while learning about cutting-edge cloud and digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist project managers and team members with administrative tasks related to Google ecosystem projects.
- Support data entry, data validation, and basic report generation using Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
- Organize and maintain digital files and documentation within Google Drive and other cloud platforms.
- Help with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and distributing meeting minutes.
- Conduct basic research to support project initiatives and team inquiries.
- Provide general operational support to ensure smooth project execution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members in a hybrid work environment.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and willingness to learn new software.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace applications (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
