Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Meet and Greet Driver to join our elite team in the Fishers area, serving Indianapolis International Airport (IND). As a Meet and Greet Driver, you will be the first point of contact for our VIP clients, providing a welcoming and efficient arrival experience directly at the airport terminal. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to punctuality and professionalism. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition for clients from their arrival gate to their waiting vehicle, upholding Blacklane’s reputation for premium service.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor flight arrivals in real-time to anticipate client arrival times.
- Be present at designated airport terminal arrival points with a professional demeanor and appropriate signage.
- Warmly greet clients upon their arrival, offering assistance with luggage.
- Guide clients efficiently from the terminal to their assigned vehicle.
- Verify client identity and booking details accurately and discreetly.
- Maintain a clean, comfortable, and safe vehicle environment.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and airport regulations.
- Provide assistance with special requests and accommodate client needs with professionalism.
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding any changes or delays.
- Represent Blacklane with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
Required Skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of Indianapolis International Airport (IND) layout and surrounding areas.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong sense of punctuality and time management.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage (up to 50 lbs).
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in luxury transportation, hospitality, or concierge services.
