Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recording Studio Admin with a strong office focus to join our professional team in Pueblo, Colorado. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth daily operations of our administrative functions supporting studio activities. You will be responsible for managing schedules, maintaining records, coordinating logistics, and providing comprehensive administrative support to our studio management and production teams. This on-site position offers a fantastic opportunity to work within the exciting music and entertainment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage studio scheduling, bookings, and calendar coordination for various projects and personnel.
- Maintain accurate and organized administrative records, including project files, contracts, and vendor information.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence for internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for studio staff and visiting artists/clients.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and petty cash management.
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and equipment is maintained, liaising with vendors as needed.
- Support studio management with special projects and initiatives.
- Maintain a professional and welcoming front office environment for all visitors and staff.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an administrative or office management role (at least 1 year).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and general office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a professional studio, media, or entertainment environment.
- Familiarity with project management tools or studio management software.
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of audio production workflows or terminology.
