Job Description
Are you passionate about food and eager to kickstart your career in the culinary world? Nando’s is looking for enthusiastic Grill Trainees to join our bustling Birmingham team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity where no prior experience is required – we believe in investing in our people and providing comprehensive training from day one. You’ll learn the secrets of our legendary PERi-PERi chicken, master grilling techniques, and become an essential part of our kitchen operation. Key Responsibilities
- Learn and master Nando's grilling techniques for chicken and other menu items.
- Prepare ingredients, ensuring freshness and adherence to Nando's standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised grill station and kitchen area.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations diligently.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic kitchen atmosphere.
- Handle raw and cooked food products safely and efficiently.
Required Skills
- Willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
