Job Description
Are you looking to start your career in the healthcare field? CVS Health is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pharmacy Clerk with no prior experience required. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Process prescription and over-the-counter purchases using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy area, including shelving and display upkeep
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate team member
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves and verifying product counts
- Prepare prescription orders for pick-up, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing and data entry
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including privacy regulations (HIPAA)
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling transactions

- Eagerness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
Preferred Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
