Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Cello Instructor to join our esteemed faculty. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate musician to inspire and educate students in a supportive and professional academy setting. The ideal candidate will have strong performance skills, proven teaching experience, and a deep commitment to student success. You will be responsible for providing engaging, individualized cello lessons to students ranging from beginners to advanced levels, helping them develop their technique, musicality, and overall love for the instrument.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one cello instruction to students of varying ages and skill levels.
- Develop and implement customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs and goals.
- Teach proper cello technique, music theory, ear training, and performance practices.
- Prepare students for recitals, auditions, competitions, and examinations.
- Communicate regularly with students and parents regarding progress and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and disciplined learning environment.
- Participate in faculty meetings and school events as required.
Required Skills
