Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Online Quality Assurance Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency across various online platforms and customer interactions for our diverse client base. You will play a vital part in maintaining brand integrity and optimizing customer satisfaction by identifying and addressing areas for improvement in our digital service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive quality checks on online content, customer interactions (e.g., chat, email, social media), and digital processes.
  • Identify and document discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies against established guidelines and client specifications.
  • Provide constructive feedback and collaborate with operational teams to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Analyze data and trends to pinpoint common quality issues and propose proactive solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with project guidelines, client requirements, and industry best practices.
  • Participate in calibration sessions to ensure consistent application of quality standards.
  • Generate regular quality reports and present findings to team leads and stakeholders.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency with various online platforms and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience (1+ year) in a Quality Assurance or similar role, preferably in a remote or online environment.
  • Familiarity with CX platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) or similar ticketing systems.
  • Experience working with content moderation or data annotation.
  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset for our Canadian operations.
