Job Description
As a professional Chauffeur with Dav El | BostonCoach, you will be the face of our luxury brand, providing safe, punctual, and comfortable transportation to our discerning clientele. This role requires exceptional driving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a five-star service experience. You will be responsible for transporting executives, VIPs, and other clients to their destinations, ensuring their comfort, privacy, and safety at all times. We provide a paid uniform and professional dry cleaning services, reflecting our commitment to your professional image.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate luxury vehicles for client transportation.
- Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ensure timely arrival for all scheduled pickups and destinations.
- Assist clients with luggage and personal belongings as needed.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure cleanliness and mechanical soundness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate trip logs and expense reports.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service, anticipating client needs.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 3 years of professional driving or chauffeur experience.
- Excellent knowledge of local geography and best routes in the Tampa Bay area, including Wesley Chapel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable personal presentation and grooming.
- Ability to lift and carry luggage.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience driving luxury sedans, SUVs, and vans.
- Defensive driving certification.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Prior experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with navigation apps and real-time traffic updates.
