Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Assist customers with account inquiries and provide information on bank products and services.
- Balance cash drawer daily and maintain accurate records.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate bank products and services.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
Required Skills
