Job Description
Are you passionate about esthetic services and possess a keen eye for detail? Burke Williams Spa is seeking a discreet and observant Spa & Salon Mystery Guest to evaluate the quality of our services and guest experience. In this unique role, you will get paid to indulge in various spa and salon treatments, providing unbiased, constructive feedback to help us maintain our high standards. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend various spa and salon services at designated Burke Williams Spa locations.
- Objectively evaluate all aspects of the visit, including booking process, reception, facility cleanliness, staff professionalism, service quality, and overall ambiance.
- Pay meticulous attention to details, such as adherence to service protocols, product usage, and interaction with staff.
- Complete detailed and comprehensive online evaluation reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Maintain complete confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Provide actionable insights and constructive criticism to improve guest satisfaction and service delivery.
- Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each mystery visit.
