Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to get an exclusive, hands-on experience with the latest installment of the beloved football franchise before anyone else. As a Playtester, you will be instrumental in identifying bugs, providing critical feedback, and ensuring the highest quality gameplay experience for millions of players globally. Key Responsibilities
- Execute detailed test plans and checklists provided by the QA team.
- Rigorously play Madden 25 across various game modes and scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report bugs, glitches, and other issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Provide constructive and actionable feedback on gameplay mechanics, features, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate effectively with QA leads and developers to communicate findings.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines regarding unreleased game content.
- Attend feedback sessions and meetings as required.
Required Skills
- Deep passion and extensive knowledge of the Madden NFL series.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues and feedback, both verbally and in writing.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with reporting tools.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with various gaming platforms (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox).
- Prior experience in competitive Madden play or online leagues.
- Basic understanding of game development or quality assurance processes.
