Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Image Annotator (Junior) to join our innovative AI team in Brighton. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously annotating medical images, such as X-rays, CT scans, and MRIs, to create high-quality datasets for training and validating our cutting-edge artificial intelligence algorithms. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately annotate various types of medical images (e.g., CT, MRI, X-ray) using specialized software, following detailed guidelines and protocols.
- Identify and label specific anatomical structures, pathologies, or areas of interest with high precision.
- Collaborate closely with AI engineers, data scientists, and clinical experts to understand annotation requirements and improve annotation quality.
- Participate in quality assurance processes, reviewing and providing feedback on annotations to maintain data integrity and consistency.
- Learn and adapt to new annotation tools, techniques, and medical terminology as required.
- Maintain meticulous records of work progress and contribute to documentation efforts.
- Adhere to strict data privacy and security regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) when handling sensitive patient data.
