Job Description
Are you passionate about photography and video, with a natural talent for teaching and inspiring others? As an Apple Creative with a focus on Photography & Video Teaching, you will be a vital part of our retail team, guiding customers through the world of Apple products and services. You’ll help them unlock their creative potential using iPhone, iPad, Mac, and our suite of creative apps. Your mission is to educate, demonstrate, and empower individuals and groups through engaging workshops and personalized sessions, making complex topics accessible and fun.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engaging workshops and one-on-one sessions focused on photography and video techniques using Apple products.
- Inspire customers to explore their creativity and discover new ways to use Apple technology.
- Provide expert advice and troubleshooting support for Apple hardware and software related to photo and video.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Apple products, services, and creative applications.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment, fostering a community of learners.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable expertise in photography and videography principles, techniques, and editing software.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to teach and explain complex ideas simply.
- A genuine passion for Apple products and services, and a deep understanding of their creative capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to connect with and inspire diverse groups of people.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
- Fluent in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in teaching, training, or public speaking, particularly in a creative or technology-focused field.
- A portfolio showcasing your photography and video work.
- Proficiency with Apple's professional creative applications like Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in a customer service or retail sales environment.
