Key Responsibilities
- Greet VIP guests warmly and professionally upon arrival at the lounge.
- Anticipate and fulfill guest needs, providing personalized recommendations and assistance.
- Manage lounge access, ensuring only authorized guests are admitted.
- Maintain the pristine appearance and ambiance of the VIP Lounge.
- Assist with beverage and light food service, ensuring timely and discreet delivery.
