Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Executive Transport Specialist to join our team in Wesley Chapel, Florida. This critical role involves providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation services for executives, VIPs, and high-profile clients. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional driving skills, a strong understanding of logistics, a commitment to punctuality, and the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. This position requires a proactive individual who can anticipate needs and ensure a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide secure and timely transportation for executives and designated personnel to various destinations, including airports, meetings, and events.
- Maintain the assigned vehicle to impeccable standards of cleanliness and operational readiness, including regular inspections and scheduling maintenance.
- Plan and optimize routes, considering traffic, weather conditions, and security protocols to ensure efficient travel.
- Assist passengers with luggage and personal belongings, demonstrating a high level of customer service.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality regarding passenger itineraries, discussions, and personal information.
- Manage travel logistics, including scheduling and coordination with executive assistants and other staff.
- Adapt to last-minute schedule changes and unexpected travel demands with professionalism and flexibility.
Required Skills
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or VIP transport.
- Excellent knowledge of local and regional routes in Florida, particularly the Tampa Bay area.
- Strong defensive driving skills and a commitment to safety.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Impeccable punctuality and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
- Discretion and a strong sense of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with luxury vehicle operation and maintenance.
- Background in security, law enforcement, or military transport.
- Advanced first aid and CPR certification.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and real-time traffic applications.
