Job Description
Join CVS Health as a Pharmacy Secret Shopper and play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence within our clinical pharmacy environments. This unique part-time opportunity involves discreetly evaluating various aspects of our pharmacy operations, from patient interaction and service quality to adherence to clinical protocols and facility presentation. Your keen eye for detail and objective feedback will directly contribute to enhancing the patient experience and improving the quality of care delivered across our network.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct unannounced visits to designated CVS Pharmacy locations, posing as a regular patient.
- Observe and evaluate the patient consultation process, pharmacist professionalism, and overall staff interaction.
- Assess adherence to clinical protocols, prescription dispensing accuracy, and patient privacy standards.
- Evaluate facility cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising.
- Provide detailed, objective, and timely written reports of observations and experiences.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all assignments and findings.
- Follow specific guidelines and scenarios provided for each shopping assignment.
