Job Description
We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Executive Fleet Driver to join our corporate services team in Santa Clara, CA. This pivotal role involves providing safe, reliable, and discreet transportation for Apple’s executives and VIPs, adhering strictly to corporate standards and protocols. The ideal candidate will possess an impeccable driving record, exceptional customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality and professionalism. This is an on-site position critical to supporting our executive team’s demanding schedules and travel needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently transport executives and VIPs to various destinations, including airports, meetings, and corporate events.
- Strictly adhere to all traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain the cleanliness, mechanical soundness, and presentation of assigned vehicles to corporate standards.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance or repair needs promptly.
- Manage and optimize routes using navigation systems to ensure punctuality and efficiency.
- Maintain a detailed log of trips, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Exhibit the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding all passenger conversations and corporate information.
- Assist passengers with luggage and other needs as required, providing exceptional customer service.
- Be flexible with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate executive schedules.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of professional driving experience, preferably in executive or chauffeuring roles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (no major infractions or accidents in the past 5 years).
- Excellent knowledge of local traffic laws and routes within the Santa Clara, Bay Area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and smartphone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced driver training.
- Experience with luxury vehicles and executive class automobiles.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
