Job Description
Are you passionate about esthetic services and possess a keen eye for detail? Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as a Spa & Salon Mystery Guest. This unique opportunity allows you to experience our premium spa and salon services while providing invaluable feedback on service quality, facility cleanliness, staff professionalism, and overall client experience. You will play a crucial role in helping us uphold and elevate our renowned standards of excellence, ensuring every visit lives up to our brand promise.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and attend esthetic services (e.g., facials, waxing, microdermabrasion, peels) at designated Hand & Stone locations.
- Objectively evaluate various aspects of the spa experience, including booking process, reception, service quality, product recommendations, cleanliness, and staff interaction.
- Complete detailed and structured evaluation reports within 24-48 hours of your visit, providing constructive and actionable feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding your role and observations.
- Adhere to specific guidelines and checklists provided for each mystery visit.
- Act as a regular client, ensuring natural and unbiased interactions with staff.
