Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and self-motivated Microsoft Account Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote, work-from-home position responsible for providing essential support to our account management teams and ensuring seamless client engagement. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a strong understanding of Microsoft’s product ecosystem. You will be instrumental in maintaining client relationships, managing internal workflows, and contributing to the overall success of our strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for routine client inquiries and support requests, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Assist Account Managers in preparing presentations, proposals, and client-facing reports.
- Coordinate internal resources and schedules to ensure timely delivery of projects and services.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within our CRM system.
- Track and report on account performance metrics and key client activities.
- Facilitate communication between clients and various internal departments (e.g., technical support, product teams).
- Onboard new clients by ensuring all necessary documentation and setup procedures are completed.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accessibility for the account team.
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Dynamics 365, Salesforce).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative support, customer service, or account coordination role.
- Experience working with cloud-based productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams).
- Basic understanding of IT services or software solutions.
- Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
