Job Description

Are you an impeccably organized, highly discreet, and proactive individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service? Quintessentially is seeking a dedicated Personal Lifestyle Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a private client in the New Port Richey area. This part-time casual role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, managing diverse tasks to ensure our client’s personal and professional life runs seamlessly. You will be an indispensable asset, handling everything from calendar management and travel logistics to personal errands and event coordination, all while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Run personal and professional errands, including shopping, dry cleaning, and postal services.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, from small gatherings to larger functions.
  • Handle household management tasks, including vendor coordination and basic administrative duties.
  • Research and procure goods and services as requested.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all interactions.
  • Provide administrative support, including email management and document organization.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and calendar management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Lifestyle Manager for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Experience with luxury travel planning and event coordination.
  • Familiarity with the New Port Richey/Tampa Bay area.
  • Flexible availability for occasional evenings or weekends.
  • A background in hospitality or customer service.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software.
