Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with customers on the high street and within the store environment to promote various beauty products and brands.
- Conduct live product demonstrations and provide expert advice on beauty routines and product application.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively communicating product benefits and closing sales.
- Build strong relationships with customers, offering a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current beauty trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure promotional displays are visually appealing, well-stocked, and compliant with brand guidelines.
- Collect customer feedback and provide insights to the marketing and sales teams.
- Represent Boots UK and partner brands with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service, sales, or promotional role, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A genuine passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare products.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a strong ability to work independently.
- Confident in demonstrating products and providing expert advice.
- Ability to adapt to various promotional environments and high-traffic locations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador or Beauty Consultant.
- A qualification in beauty therapy, cosmetology, or a related field.
- Familiarity with Boots UK product ranges and services.
- Ability to speak additional languages.
