Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Scheduling & Calendar Assistant to provide remote administrative support. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, and preparing meeting materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries, demonstrating strong organizational and communication skills.
- Filter and prioritize emails, flagging urgent items and drafting responses as needed.
- Assist with basic data entry, document preparation, and file management.
- Facilitate virtual meeting setup and ensure smooth technical execution.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and logistical issues.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in calendar management software (e.g., Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
