Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments manually or using material handling equipment.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
- Pick, pack, and scan orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate RF scanners and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform inventory counts and assist with quality control checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and stoop for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanning equipment and internal systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- No prior experience required; full training provided.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or physically demanding role (even if not strictly required).
- Familiarity with safety procedures and best practices in a warehouse environment.
