Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Inbound Remote Booking Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home, handling inbound inquiries exclusively – no outbound calls are required. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing guest inquiries regarding reservations, services, and general information.
  • Accurately process and confirm new bookings, modifications, and cancellations for various Marriott properties.
  • Provide detailed information on room types, amenities, rates, and special promotions to assist guests in making informed decisions.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and courteously.
  • Utilize booking software and internal systems to manage guest profiles and reservation details.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Participate actively in all paid training sessions to continuously enhance product knowledge and service skills.

Required Skills
