Join Quintessentially as a Closet Decluttering Tasker and become an essential part of our luxury home services team. This unique role is perfect for individuals passionate about organization, aesthetics, and delivering exceptional client experiences. You will work directly with our high-net-worth members, transforming their wardrobes and living spaces into functional, beautiful, and serene environments. If you possess a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and a desire to make a tangible difference in clients’ daily lives, we invite you to apply. This is an on-site role, requiring travel to various client residences across Surrey and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct initial consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle.
- Systematically declutter, organize, and optimize clients' wardrobes and storage areas.
- Implement effective organizational systems tailored to individual client requirements and space constraints.
- Provide expert advice on wardrobe management, maintenance, and seasonal transitions.
- Assist with packing and unpacking for moves or travel, ensuring meticulous organization.
- Discreetly handle and categorize luxury items, ensuring their proper care and storage.
- Offer personalized styling suggestions or shopping assistance if requested.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality at all times.
- Collaborate with other Quintessentially service providers to offer a holistic client experience.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for service improvement.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in home organization, personal styling, retail visual merchandising, or a related field.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a methodical and detail-oriented approach.
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and an understanding of luxury fashion and accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with discerning clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A valid UK driving license and access to reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in professional organizing or interior styling.
- Experience working with high-net-worth individuals.
- Knowledge of sustainable fashion practices and garment care.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
