Job Description

Are you passionate about delivering unparalleled customer experiences? Luxor Limo is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Limo Rental Host to join our team in Wesley Chapel. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, guiding them through the luxury transportation booking process with professionalism and charm. Your expertise in understanding client needs and recommending the perfect limousine or service will ensure their complete satisfaction. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong commitment to service excellence, a keen eye for detail, and a desire to contribute to a high-end service brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries regarding limousine rentals, pricing, and services via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Consult with clients to understand their transportation needs and recommend appropriate vehicles and packages to ensure a perfect match for their event or occasion.
  • Process reservations, manage booking schedules, and handle payment transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Luxor Limo's fleet, services, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Coordinate closely with the dispatch and operations team to ensure seamless execution of all booked services.
  • Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Contribute to a positive and luxurious brand image through exceptional interpersonal skills and a polished demeanor.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, report generation, and maintaining client records.
  • Actively seek opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services or upgrades to enhance the client experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • A professional and polished appearance with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and a luxury service brand.
  • Knowledge of the local geographic area (Pasco County and Tampa Bay).
  • Fluency in a second language.
